Pricing Policy

All of our Web and  SEO services are quoted on an individual basis. Each project is unique to the client and is quoted as such. We do not have standard pricing.

Changes
Client shall be responsible for making additional payments for changes requested by Client in original assignment. However, no additional payment shall be made for changes required to conform to the original assignment description. The client shall offer Agile the first opportunity to make any changes. Author’s Alterations, changes made by the client after second pass revisions or giving final approval, will be billed according to our regular fee schedule and are in addition to our estimate.

Expenses
Client shall reimburse Intrepid Web Solutions for all expenses arising from this assignment, provided that client approves expenses in advance.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of this assignment, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork shall be retained by Agile  and a cancellation fee for work completed, based on the contract price and expenses already incurred, shall be paid by the Client.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual material designed and/or developed by Intrepid Web Solutions shall remain the sole property of Agile  until final payment by the client for services rendered. Intrepid Web Solutions retains all trademarks, copyrights, licenses and other rights to the intellectual property produced for the client of that which is not already under copyright or license by the client until such final payment is made. At this point,
website will go “live” (launched on the Internet).

Modifications
Modifications of the Agreement must be written, except that the invoice may include, and the Client shall pay, fees or expenses that were orally authorized in advance in order to progress promptly with the work.

Arbitration
Any dispute in excess of $2,000.00 (maximum limit for small claims court) arising out of this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration before the Joint Ethics Committee or a mutually agreed upon arbitrator pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The Arbitrators Award shall be final, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The Client and Agile  agree
that either party shall pay all arbitration and court fees, and legal interest on any award of judgment in favor of the other party.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
The client understands that due to the nature of all search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc), Agile  cannot guarantee a particular placement (“top ten”, “first place” or otherwise).
